Farmers who provide environmental benefits — clean water, healthy soil, biodiversity — often aren’t paid fairly or reliably for it. ECOPESIA co-designs and pilots payment schemes across eight sites in six countries that reward farmers based on actual measured results, using digital tools to track and verify outcomes transparently.
1) Co-create financially sustainable, results-based payment schemes with 20 partners. 2) Pilot schemes in eight sites across six countries. 3) Deploy digital monitoring and administration tools. 4) Deliver a blueprint for mainstreaming these schemes into future EU farm policy.
