Farming is changing fast due to climate change and digital technology, but the education and training systems that support farmers haven’t kept up. AGRINEXT builds a modern, inclusive training model, including an AI-powered multilingual learning tool, tested with over 1,500 learners across Europe.
1) Create a future-oriented model for agricultural lifelong learning. 2) Develop the AgriAI-Assistant, a multilingual AI learning tool. 3) Map training systems across 20+ countries and design learning pathways. 4) Link learning outcomes to EU farm policy incentives and credentials.
