Not defined

Studies how Europeans perceive biodiversity to design better, more inclusive communication for nature policy.

Context

People have very different, sometimes conflicting views about biodiversity and nature restoration, which makes policymaking harder. BIOLOGUE surveys thousands of people and uses AI to analyse online discussions, then designs and tests communication approaches that help bridge these differences and build more inclusive dialogue.

Main objectives

1) Run an EU-wide survey and AI analysis of public perceptions of biodiversity. 2) Identify value conflicts and opportunities for dialogue. 3) Co-design and test communication pilots. 4) Deliver a long-term perceptions barometer and communication toolbox for policymakers.
