Work package lead and responsible for analysing the political aspect of transformative change in policies and the barriers and levers for transformative policy-making (Task 1.2).

Elsa is a postdoctoral researcher with a background in environmental economics and policy. Her work focuses on transformative governance and the integration of biodiversity goals into decision-making across sectors and levels, with a particular emphasis on the social dimensions of biodiversity conservation.
